Birthday Cake

The inspiration for this cake came from Mandy Chew. She was gifted this cake:

My son saw it and his face lit up so decided to recreate a 7inch round cake version of this cake. There was no recipe or quantities I made it up using different elements with some assistance from Mandy of the elements I was unfamiliar with.
