The Mcrib returned to Macdonalds in 2015 and some BBC food porn members decided we would make our own. This is my version, store bought smoky BBQ ribs, soft cheese sub, gerkins, lettice and bacon. It was delicious.
We were lucky enough to have roast a hog at our home in August 2015. The equipment was hired and the hog was supplied by the same company. I cannot wait for the opportunity to get another one as it was delicious. The next time though I will rub some chinese spice inside.
