Prune Bars

These are remarkably good and does not take long.  You can make a big batch and freeze or keep in the fridge. I used: 1 cup of prunes 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds 1/4 cup of pine nuts 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1 1/4 cup oats The original recipe from:

Roast Hog!

We were lucky enough to have roast a hog at our home in August 2015.  The equipment was hired and the hog was supplied by the same company.  I cannot wait for the opportunity to get another one as it was delicious.  The next time though I will rub some chinese spice inside.
