Chicken slice and marinade. The quantities of the below will depend on your own taste and how much chicken you are preparing.
- ginger wine
- seseame oil
- dark and light soya sauce
- salt and white pepper
Let it marinade for 30mins and then portion in bags and freeze. I put about 35g a portion (which is enough for one person).
You take the bags out to defrost overnight or just defrost it in the microwave if you need something straightway.
Can be used for all sorts, noodles, chicken fried rice, chicken and black bean, chicken and mix veg, chicken congee and much more.
Same can be done with pork.
