Gluten Free Hong Kong Paper Cup Sponge


20g Sugar with 3 Egg Whites

40g Sugar with 3 Egg Yolks

70g Milk

80g Gluten Free Flour

20g Cocoa Powder

40g Oil

150 Fan for 30mins then 170 fan for 5 to 10 mins

Makes 6 over spilling cups or 7 slightly smaller ones.
