Nigella’s Marmalade Cake

I don’t seem to a photo! it was yummy though from what I recall.

The original recipe

I scaled it down for 5 inch square tin, baked 160 fan for 35/40mins.

125g Butter

37.5g Caster Sugar

37.5g Light Brown Sugar

75g Marmalade (35g of which is for the glaze)

113g PL Flour

1/4 bi carb soda

1 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

zest and juice 1/2 orange (plus 1/4 for glaze)
