I scaled it down for 5 inch square tin, baked 160 fan for 35/40mins.
37.5g Caster Sugar
37.5g Light Brown Sugar
75g Marmalade (35g of which is for the glaze)
113g PL Flour
1/4 bi carb soda
1 tsp baking powder
zest and juice 1/2 orange (plus 1/4 for glaze)
