Nigella’s Sticky Toffee Pudding

Original recipe

Scaled down to fit a 5 inch square tin to feed 4 people, bake in 160 fan for 30/35mins.


100g pitted dates roughly chopped

100 ml boiled water

1/2tsp bi carb

38g butter

1TBSP black treacle

25g Dark Mus sugar

1 large Egg

75g PL Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder
