Dim sum prep, Pork and Venison mince with spring onions for siu mai and Pork and Venison mince with chinese leaf for won tons. Char Siu sliced and diced ready for noodles fried rice. Home made ready meals, chilli con carne and bolognese. Chocolate chiffon cake, will be sliced and frozen ready a future event. Bakewell cupcakes, these will be finished with icing and cherries. chocolate cupcakes these will be decorated with butter icing. Char siu bao, these freeze well. Just defrost and resteam or put in the microwave. Man Tao, these freeze, just defrost and steam or put in the microwave from frozen.
