Mediterranean Scones

Delia’s recipe

I tried 3 recipes and this is a keeper, it is a lovely scone for a picnic or even with soup. I followed Delia’s recipe but tweaked it slightly to suit want ingredients I had:

225g SR flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp chilli cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Mustard Powder

1 tsp of lemon thyme

2TBSP of the sundried tomato oil

50g sundried tomatoes

10 black olives

1/2 fried onion

1 large egg

2/4 TBSP Milk

topped with chedder cheese

I like making these into triangle shapes instead of round.
