Pandan Chiffon 3 eggs, 7 inch tin
This cake was inspired by the food porn members and made to celebrate the groups 2nd year.
3 egg yolks
78g SR flour + 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
55ml coconut milk
12g dessicated coconut
This was a nice cake but I think could do with a bit of tweaking to improve it further. Next time I may reduce the SR flour by 12g and increase the coconut milk to 80ml.
I used fresh double cream and added some coconut milk to it.
